Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke today with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul.  They discussed the importance of a lasting and durable peace between Russia and Ukraine.  They also reiterated the shared U.S.-German commitment to freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and ensuring Iran never develops or acquires a nuclear weapon.
