Open Secrets’ Michael Marchant says clearly the NPA didn’t handle the R24.9 million Nulane fraud, corruption and money-laundering case well. The agency argued before the Supreme Court of Appeal that Judge Nompumelelo Gusha erred in her judgment on the matter.
