On August 28, 2025, the Department of State’s Advisory Committee on International Postal and Delivery Services will convene to review issues on the Agenda of the 28th Universal Postal Congress, which will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from September 8 – 19, 2025, as well as work on other international postal issues.
Persons who RSVP will be provided the sign-on information. Members of the public interested in providing input to the meeting should likewise contact the Designated Federal Officer.
