I called Dr. Harianawala office and per Cassie, no one is there except her, and the intern. There are numerous discrepancies in the doctor’s report, from the ‘Active Medications prior to visit category’, were absolutely fraud committed, then to the part where Dr. Harianawala recommended that my sister should be on Pulmicort 1MG and Brovana nebulization twice daily, but the prescription sent to CVS pharmacy at 0.5 MG, twice daily. I called the Doctor office and confirmed about the changes 3 times, both with Justin on the same day as he ordered the DuoNeb, and the Brovana nebulization, and the first time that CVS pharmacy informed me about the Pulmicort was ready for pickup when they told me it was brand name Pulmicort 0.5 MG back then. Remember the time that they switched from Brand Name Pulmicort to the Generic one, Budesonide 1 MG, and only covered it for 15 days. I was surprised to learn that they gave her the brand name Pulmicort, but different strength, from 1 MG to 0.5 MG. I am lost it at this point with so many people committed frauds, criminals activities in our cases, from the government abusing us, to the healthcare frauds, I am supposed to be healing?
