We crashed a Zoom meeting hosted by Keith Williams Sr., who was promoting a supplement MLM called Vital Health. Instead of denying anything, the group laughed it off — a predictable deflection tactic used by those deep in the MLM echo chamber. While not the focus of today’s investigation, it shows just how delusional some of these promoters can be when confronted.

The next Zoom we dropped into was like a cryptic MLM séance. No company name. No website. Just a vague presentation filled with biotech jargon and idol worship in the chat. But make no mistake — this was a pre-launch pitch for a new scam, spearheaded by ex-Modere leaders like Tony Zolecki, Brandy Sinoto, and Jake Berg. This scheme is still in its early phases, which makes exposing it now even more important.

Then we dove into the flashy world of Surge365, where you’re promised travel perks, Rolexes, and exotic car bonuses — all for selling $499 travel tech packages and recruiting your way up the ladder. With a $100K in 200 days challenge, a layered downline commission model, and tacky incentives, this is a classic MLM recruitment trap dressed in a holiday brochure.
