ED files money-laundering case against Medanta, Naresh Trehan: Key details

The Enforcement Directorate has registered a case against Medanta Medcity Hospital Managing Director Naresh Trehan under Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in connection with a case related to the allotment of land for the Hospital. The case was registered on the base of an FIR registered by Gurugram Police, an ED official said. Medanta, however, had called the allegations in the case as false and motivated.
