The Supreme Court on Monday refused to entertain the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) appeal against granting bail to RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s close aide Amit Katial in a money laundering case related to the land scam for railway jobs.
Justices MM Sundaresh and Rajesh Bindal said they are not interested in interfering with the Delhi High Court’s verdict….
