Why is Youtube promoting crypto scams?

I’ve noticed a concerning trend where explicit crypto scams are showing up in my recommended feed, as well as search results, and they are all sponsored videos being pushed by Youtube. In this video, I take a look at one of these videos and look into the “trading bot” code provided by the scammer.
