Hindi isasara ang National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) sa Mandaluyong kahit may ipatatayong bagong ospital sa compound nito. Ang kaso, kulang pa rin ang mga tauhan ng NCMH. Ta-tatlo lang din ang pampublikong pasilidad na nakatuon sa mental health problems.
