Judge Mark Wolf Delivers Testimony on 2011 Ethics Complaints Against Justice Clarence Thomas

Judge Wolf was appointed by President Ronald Regan and served as a member of the Judicial Conference when prior ethics complaints about Justice Thomas were brought to the Conference’s attention more than a decade ago.
