Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice MM Sundresh and Justice Bela Dwivedi bench to hear Arvind Kejriwal’s urgent plea before the Supreme Court.
This is the same bench that heard KCR’s daughter K Kavitha’s plea.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested on Thursday after being questioned by a team of Enforcement Directorate officers at his residence in connection with the excise policy case. A plea filed by Arvind Kejriwal’s legal team against his arrest is likely to be heard by the Supreme Court today.
