Ipinatitigil na ng Commission on Higher Education ang pagtanggap ng Grade 11 students sa state universities and colleges sa bansa.

Ayon sa komisyon, tapos na ang kasunduan nila sa Department of Education kaya wala nang ligal na basehan para pondohan ang programa.
