Caroline Ellison pleads GUILTY to SEC fraud charges – SBF arrives in the US in SDNY

Caroline Ellison (SBF’s ex-girlfriend / CEO Alameda) & Gary Wang (CTO FTX) have been charged with fraud by the SEC & SDNY – for defrauding FTX investors. They have bith pleas fuulty and it appears that Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang – both top executives at FTX and Alameda were cooperating with authorities and prosecutors the entire time – turning their back on Sam Bankman-Fried. SBF arrives in the US tonight to the Southern District of New York to appear in court as soon as possible.
