Sadly his days of promoting hopeium to his followers finally caught up to him and he was fined over a million dollars for promoting a company that turned out to be scamming its consumers with lies known as Nudge LLC. Dean Graziosi along with Scott Yancey have agreed to pay almost 2 million dollars for promoting this scam.
