Author and police corruption researcher Steven Magee demonstrates a mind technique you can use on harassing police officers. Simply state “You guys are playing with fire!”, as it will put doubt into their minds as to who you are. They do not know you and cannot possibly know what you are referring to! The technique requires you to stay silent after the statement to keep doubts in their minds. Do not answer their questions about it, just stay silent. The situation significantly deescalated after making the statement and placing a 911 call reporting the harassment and requesting a police supervisor. The police supervisor sent them away.
