Four suspects have been arrested at different licence testing stations in the North West. They include examiners and driving school owners. The National Traffic Anti-Corruption Unit, the SAPS and Crime Intelligence descended on the homes of two other suspects but did not find them.
The suspects allegedly issued fraudulent licenses in Stilfontein, Ventersdorp, Orkney and Klerksdorp.
