President Museveni has said that Uganda is committed to making its contribution to ensuring that peace returns to the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. His remarks come just four days after 14 people died in a terror attack in a Congolese town bordering Uganda. Museveni spoke during the graduation ceremony of 18 senior army officers at the National Defence College in Njeru.
