You CAN’T Record the Cops Now!? #Law #lawyer

Have you heard about this new Louisiana law? I’m worried my home state, Texas, and other states will follow suit. Louisiana just decided citizens can only record police officers up to a certain distance. But, what happens if the police officer claims someone is too close to their “police activities” and decides to push them back to where they can no longer record clearly?

Do you think this is a violation of the 1st Amendment? I think it could if government officials starting taking advantage of it, which ALWAYS happens.
