It seems to me that either this officer does not know what he swore to protector or he just doesn’t care. Considering that this man was minding his own business just walking to the store to get a car part so he could fix his vehicle, already going through a rough time. Do you believe that these officers are protecting and serving by offering this type of service? Or is this service just to service their own curiosity And willingness to violate people’s rights?
