In Season 5 of Shark Tank, Charles Michael Yim introduced Breathometer, a smartphone breathalyzer designed to measure blood alcohol content. He secured a $1 million investment from all five Sharks for 30% equity. As of 2023, Breathometer is no longer available, and Mark Cuban has referred to it as his worst investment on the show.
