Once these bully cops come on strong, they leave themselves no room to back-down and de-escalate non violent disputes. A city official doesn’t like answering questions at a public meeting and has the people arrested by a ready and willing police department of his bully buddies. They have chosen sides in this civil dispute with a public official during public meeting. After speaking up and simply asking if meeting minutes will be created, as required during an executive session of the government meeting, the city supervisor calls the police and she is arrested. Police bullies show-up and start to demand identification without justification, claiming the citizens must or they will be arrested even no such law exists.
