Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke today with Romanian Foreign Minister Oana Toiu to thank Romania for being a true partner by offering swift and decisive support for U.S. operations promoting Middle East security.
The Secretary and Foreign Minister also reviewed opportunities to further expand bilateral cooperation in defense, energy, emerging technologies, and critical minerals, including offshore gas and civil nuclear projects.
