Secretary Rubio’s Call with Mexican Foreign Secretary Velasco

Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke today with new Mexican Foreign Secretary Roberto Velasco to congratulate him on his position and encourage close cooperation on many key issues for both countries.  Secretary Rubio also addressed efforts to deter mass illegal immigration, secure our borders, and promote regional stability.
