Syracuse CRB Administrator Raynette Releford SENT Letter Dated Sept 23, 2024 to Desiree Yagan. Letter was Received Sept 25, 2024 . Letter explained CRB Procedure for investigating Complaints with number to CRB TO call for information or updates anytime. Said CRB received my complaint pursuant to the protocol of SPD IAB investigation.

I called CRB and left messages. No Answer at any time and no return call..

On Sept 10, 2024 Lt. Cazzolli visited my residence on Sept 10, 2024. Day after I sent an Email to Deputy Mayor Sharon Ownes re Syracuse Common Council Members on the Public Safety Committee and then ENitre Syracuse Common Council have not acknowledged my August 26, 2024 and revised letters emailed last two ere on October 6, 2024 and Oct 9, 2024.. Letters stated SPD Officers are Violating The Right to Know Law . Evidence are two separate incidents with Police officers recorded on my Body Camera. occurred span of three days August 7, 2024 and August 10, 2024. Evid. of Misconduct and DECEIT SPD Officer Kaly, Officer Shawn Hilts , Officer Chamberlain, and (2) other Unidentified officers who LIED to 911 Dispatch. Evidence is fact the two officers DID NOT respond and lied stating they did. iT IS A LIE.. NO SPD Police responded to repeated 911 calls on complaints of Explosives Fireworks next door set off all evening on July 4, 2024. No Police response to ticket and arrest JASON BRIERE AND COUSIN NEXT DOOR..
