A deep investigation into a traffic stop filmed by a bystander known as ​⁠​⁠@Texas_Gal_Audits that happened to be passing by and noticed something odd about this traffic stop. After filming, she didn’t feel right and forwarded the footage to me. After digging deep into this officer John-Mark Dicke, this is the report I have put together this far.
