Former Speaker in the National Assembly, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula has suffered her first setback in the corruption case against her. This as the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria refused her bid for further disclosures. Mapisa-Nqakula, who faces 12 counts of corruption and one of money laundering, wanted access to the C-section of the criminal docket containing the investigation diary.
