North Charleston corruption case sees councilman heading to court

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Four defendants, including North Charleston City Councilman Mike A. Brown, are set to appear in court Tuesday as part of a sweeping federal investigation into corruption, embezzlement, and money laundering.
