Pressing the PD about issues I’ve reported prior. MVPD finally seems to be acknowledging their screw ups now. I will upload the remainder as there is more if asked, however the second part was cut short to pull up rcw’s and because my phone battery was at 3%. I will say the interaction ended well and I did receive a follow up call.
