Shocking police bodycam captured the moment officers arrested University of Florida student Felipe Zapata Velasquez.
In the video, police are heard questioning him about his suspended license before putting him in handcuffs.
Velasquez was reportedly detained by ICE after he was arrested for multiple traffic citations and his mother says he is back in Colombia.
