♧ Probable cause to believe a crime has been committed or that commercial activity or services for hire are involved.

◇ What constitutes a crime? It involves causing harm to an individual or damage to their property

♡ In *Keith Brooks v. State*, 158 Tex. Crim. 546; 258 S.W.2d 317, the court found that an information alleging operation of a motor vehicle on a public highway without a driver’s license fails to state an offense, as no such license exists under the law. Similarly, *Frank John Callas v. State*, 167 Tex. Crim. 375; 320 S.W.2d 360, affirmed that Texas law does not recognize a “driver’s license.”

☆Two non-jailable offenses☆

• Officer Sharla A. Whetsone and Officer Carlos Castillo improperly activated emergency lights, a violation constituting a felony.

• No reasonable suspicion existed that a crime involving injury to person or property had been, was being, or was about to be committed. Consequently, the two officers lacked probable cause to restrict my freedom of movement.

• The officer’s (Carlos Castillo) consumption of an energy drink did not contribute to the de-escalation of the situation.

• Officer Carlos Castillo disregarded my passport identification while it was in his custody.

• Despite my providing Officer Castillo with a printed copy of Texas Transportation Code 502.003, he disregarded its provisions.

• An unknown male police officer came to the scene and started to high five of his colleagues for the bounty they made. 👮‍♂️💰🎉 (Body Cam will be made available soon)

• Officers Sharla Whetsone and Carlos Castillo engaged in illegally retaliatory actions, ostensibly on behalf of the Missouri City Police Department and the city’s interests, to demonstrate their ability to target me at will.
