Former ANC Spokesperson Pule Mabe and his co-accused are back at the Palm Ridge Magistrates’ Court.
They face multiple charges, including fraud, theft, and money laundering.
The case involves a R27 million tender allegedly awarded unlawfully to Enviro Mobi in 2017 for 200 waste collection vehicles, known as Tuktuks.
Additionally, R6 million was paid by the Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for storage costs.
