Kolkata Doctor Case: 16 दिनों की पूछताछ के बाद CBI ने Sandeep Ghosh को किया गिरफ्तार | ABP News

केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने 16 दिनों की पूछताछ के बाद सोमवार को कोलकाता के आर.जी. कर मेडिकल कॉलेज और हॉस्पिटल के पूर्व प्रिंसिपल संदीप घोष को गिरफ्तार कर लिया. संदीप घोष की गिरफ्तारी आरजी कर हॉस्पिटल में वित्तीय अनियमितताओं के मामले में हुई है. इस मामले की जांच बंगाल पुलिस की SIT कर रही थी, हालांकि, कुछ दिन पहले ही कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट के आदेश सीबीआई को केस ट्रांसफर किया गया था. संदीप घोष की गिरफ्तारी ऐसे वक्त पर हुई, जब आरजी कर हॉस्पिटल में जूनियर डॉक्टर से रेप और मर्डर मामले में भी सीबीआई उन पर शिकंजा कसती जा रही है.

किन धाराओं में केस हुआ दर्ज?

इस मामले में सीबीआई ने घोष के अलावा तीन और लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है. गिरफ्तार लोगों में बिप्लव सिंहा, सुमन हजारा, अफसर अली शामिल हैं. सीबीआई ने पिछले हफ्ते ही घोष समेत अन्य के खिलाफ 120B (आपराधिक साजिश), IPC के सेक्शन 420 (फ्रॉड) और भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम की धारा 7 के तहत केस दर्ज किया था.

इन मामलों में सजा की बात करें तो 120B में 2 साल से अधिकतम उम्रकैद तक, 420 में अधिकतम 7 साल की सजा और भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम में 6 महीने से 5 साल की सजा का प्रावधान
