Right from Bollywood celebrities to politicians, this case has seen a lot of prime personality involvement. But one face which has been there in the case right from the beginning is the face of Bollywood icon Jacqueline Fernandez. Now to the latest development in the case, actor Jacqueline Fernandez was on 15th of November was granted bail by a Delhi court in the ₹ 200 crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekar. The key accused of the case is the conspirator Sukesh Chandrashekhar and the people who are involved with him. Sukesh during this case has named several people, including the Aam Aadmi Party Chief Arvind Kejriwal.

But, there were two big names which were said to have a drastic involvement in this case. Delhi Police continued its probe in the money laundering and fraud case filed against conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, exploring his links with Bollywood actresses Nora Fatehi and Jacqueline Fernandez during hours of questioning. The first one is ofcourse the involvement of Jacqueline & the other one is another bollywood celebrity Nora Fatehi. It is said, Sukesh tried to get in touch with Nora in the same way he contacted Jacqueline and sent her some expensive gifts. But, unlike Jacqueline, Nora did not accept any of those. However, during this investigation, Nora claimed that she was a “victim of the conspiracy and not a conspirator”. She also showed the screenshots of her chats with Sukesh to the police, which were later found true and she was levied from the charges in the case.

Although Jacqueline could not present any similar evidence to defend herself, it was then finally proven that Jacqueline was familiar with Sukesh’s evils and was knowingly a part of all this. After the investigation was complete, Jacqueline was also named as one of the accused in the chargesheet. However, Ms. Fernandez had now sought bail on the ground that there was no need for her custody since the investigation was already complete and the charge sheet had been filed. And this bail was finally approved by the special court in Delhi on 15th of November.

Although this bail would have definitely got Jacqueline a little relieved, but this does not mean that she has been proven innocent. What do you think about this? Do mention your thoughts in the comment section below.
