Delhi HC To Hear ED’s Petition Against Arvind Kejriwal’s Bail | Dr. Manish Kumar | Capital TV

The Delhi High Court will hear on Wednesday Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case related to the now-scrapped Delhi liquor policy. The ED, in response to Kejriwal’s petition, submitted a lengthy reply on Tuesday claiming that the AAP supremo was the “kingpin of the liquor policy scam” and a “key conspirator” guilty of the offence of money laundering.
