National #SlamTheScam day is March 6 and McFarland is slamming scams with Jeff Kersten from the Wisconsin Bureau of Consumer Protection. In this video, Jeff discusses the details of common scams, the warning signs of a scam, and what to do if you or someone you know falls victim to a scam or fraud. “Slam the Scam” Day is designated by Social Security’s Office of the Inspector General to raise awareness of government imposter scams, which continue to spread across the United States.
