CJ Martha Koome : Graft is sliding back to Judiciary



Chief Justice Martha Koome is now expressing concern that graft is slowly sliding back to the judiciary eroding the country’s confidence in the justice system. Speaking at a Kadhis colloquiom in Naivasha, the Chief Justice said her office has received reports from members of the public that some staff who she did not name are demanding facilitation fees to assist, warning that this cannot be tolerated.
