This happened in Andalusia, Alabama. Twyla Stallworth has complained to the police numerous times about the loud music of the neighbors. So far all the complaints has not improved the situation. This time to get the neighbor’s attention before the police arrived, she set her car alarm off. That is when the neighbor tuned the table and called in a noise complaint on Twyla Stallworth. That was the reason for this officer to appear on her porch. He unlawfully asked her to provide ID and it went downhill from there. The mayor , who just appeared to wat to prevent a lawsuit apologized publicly to Ms. Stallworth. Hecalled the actions of the officer “a mistake” ! C’mom! Ms. Stallworth is suing, and I do not blame her!
