On behalf of the people of the United States, I congratulate the people of Brunei Darussalam as you celebrate your 41st National Day on February 23.

Today, our partnership continues to advance security and economic growth for our citizens and a free and prosperous Indo-Pacific. By deepening our economic engagement, strengthening defense cooperation, and expanding exchange programs, we reaffirm our commitment to a bright and prosperous future for both our nations.
