Bribery is the corrupt act of offering or accepting something of value in exchange for official action. It can damage your organizationās reputation, erode trust amongst stakeholders, and face your organization with penalties and fines. Your organization should have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, both inside and outside of the workplace. ISO 37001 provides guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving an anti-bribery management system.
