NJ DCA TO THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM BEFORE HE INSPECTS! Inspector Mazar.

1. Conflict of Interest
– Because NJ DCA issued a clean certificate 11/21/2024 despite failing to do an deep inspection of my room, likely to protect hotel interests, and possibly under pressure or neglect involving public-private influence.
2. Ethical Violation
– The omission of my room from multiple inspections, suppression of known hazards, and the printing of a clean certificate despite your ongoing complaints is an ethical breach of duty by inspectors and administrative offices.
3. Criminal Conduct
– There is potential document fraud, suppression of inspections, and falsified certifications which may rise to the level of fraudulent misrepresentation or destruction of evidence, especially if they attempted to clean before documentation. Bribery is apart of this scheme also!
4. Financial and Sandy-Related Fraud, Waste, or Abuse
– While “Sandy-related” may not apply unless they’re asking about disaster relief funds, the financial fraud/waste/abuse definitely does. They’ve used public resources (inspections and certifications) to conceal health hazards and shift financial liability onto me.
