Work Till You Drop – Retirement feels unreachable for many, with pensions disappearing and Social Security uncertain. People are expected to grind forever.
Broken Social Contracts – Millennials and Gen Z were told, “Get a degree, get a job, buy a house,” but that formula no longer works.
Lack of Freedom – Instead of enjoying life, many adults are stuck in survival mode, working just to afford basic necessities.
