Police misconduct and civil rights violations are ongoing issues in America and all around the world. An example is, the strategies to control protests have drastically changed from the past. Once where police were to just stand in a peaceful protest now allegedly aggravate protestors to be able to conduct a mass arrest. Is it a strategic tactic to bring fear and control?
