Former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, accused in the money laundering case, was finally arrested by the Enforcement Directorate late on Monday night. Earlier, ED questioned Deshmukh for 12 hours. Giving this information, officials said that 71-year-old Anil Deshmukh has been arrested under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले ( money laundering case) में आरोपी महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व गृह मंत्री अनिल देशमुख (Former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh) को आखिरकार सोमवार देर रात प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (Enforcement Directorate) ने गिरफ्तार (Arrest) कर लिया। इससे पहले ईडी (ED) ने देशमुख से 12 घंटे तक पूछताछ की। अधिकारियों ने ये जानकारी देत हुए बताया कि 71 साल के अनिल देशमुख को प्रिवेंशन ऑफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग एक्ट के प्रावधानों के तहत गिरफ्तार किया गया है।पूर्व मंत्री को अब अदालत में पेश किया जाएगा।
