Adani corruption case: What options does the group have? | Business Matters

The Adani group has been accused of corruption by a US court. An arrest warrant has been issued for Gautam Adani and Sagar Adani. The US markets regulator has also issued a summons to Gautam Adani.

This prompts several questions. Does the US have legal jurisdiction in the case? What legal action does the group face in India? Can Indian legal authorities enter the picture?
