Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu addressed the 65th Annual Meeting of the General Body of the Indian Institute of Public Administration in New Delhi on October 18, 2019. The Vice President urged the bureaucracy to improve effectiveness and efficiency of people-centric programmes like Swachh Bharat, Skill India, Ayushman Bharat and others so that the fruits of development reach the most deserving. He also called for coordinated efforts of governments at Centre and states and the civil society to make India an active agent of change.
