Enterprise Know Your Customer (KYC) provider smartKYC announced recently that it had achieved ISO 27001 certification for information security.
The ISO 27001 certification process involved an extensive independent audit that evaluated smartKYC’s information security policies, procedures, infrastructure and risk treatment across the entire business, a news release said. By continuous auditing and renewal, ISO 27001 certification promotes an ongoing cycle of security review and refinement.
