Almont MI Police Chief Andy Martin Refuses to Report Corrupt County Employees #GretchenWhitmer

8-28-19 – Watch the 8-26-19 video when Almont officers Leo Hagar and Sgt. Laura Black come to my home, telling me they wanted to “help” me. They said they would drive me to Macomb court because I have a warrant out for my arrest for “FAILURE TO APPEAR”.

The truth is, my court-appointed attorney Dan Garon SCREWED UP the dates and gave me ONE business day notice to try to get transportation to a new hearing. Now, go watch my videos of Dan Garon screwing up my 7-15-19 hearing. I was there, and he wasn’t. I called his office when I got back from court. His secretary Tracy said someone would call me back by the next day. I finally called THEM on 7-18-19. Tracy said I had to be in court in ONE business day. I told her I spent $150 for transportation to Dan’s botched 7-15-19 hearing and don’t have any more money until I get my 8-3-19 Social Security check. I sent him an email, too. I have PROOF I was in contact with his office. He went to court and LIED to Judge Viviano, saying I “FAILED TO APPEAR”. She took his word and put a warrant out for my arrest.

I chased Dan Garon for three weeks trying to figure out what to do. When I finally caught him, he started screaming at me “you knew you had a court date and you didn’t show” When I tried to talk, he screamed “get another lawyer” and hung up.

I emailed Chief Andy Martin my videos of DAN GARON lying to Judge Viviano.

I also showed PROOF it’s both STATE and FEDERAL law to provide transportation to disabled citizens, which EVERYONE in county and state government has REFUSED. I SHOWED HIM THE LAW BEING BROKEN, BUT HE IGNORED ME. He told me “we aren’t a taxi service”. If I can’t get anywhere, how am I supposed to get to court?

I AM BEING GIVEN NO WAY TO SURVIVE! They are just watching me struggle until I die. NO HELP WHATSOEVER!

I wanted Almont police to know I was innocent. I wanted them to witness the truth, so when they took me before Judge Viviano, she wouldn’t “throw me in jail”.

When I called for Laura Black this morning, I got Chief Andy Martin, who told me the Almont Police weren’t a “taxi service” and wouldn’t take me to court. I asked him again to take a complaint against Adult Protective Services worker Elaine Stoutenburg who lied to Almont Police officer Leo Hagar, and lied to the “DHHS CRISIS HOTLINE” and said “I’m in no danger”.

Officer Leo Hagar showed up and I thought he would help me. He came out and said he would take me to Macomb court, but then told me he would only take me to the county line, where I would be picked up by Macomb police to take me to be arraigned.

I FOIA requested the video on 7-2-19, and just talked to a lady that said it’s ready and it will cost me $99.13 to get it. I got stopped for expired insurance and no license on 5-19-19. I was without water and food for over four days and was delirious. I was dying. IT WAS EITHER DRIVE MY VEHICLE OR DIE.

Now, watch all the videos of all the state and county sources I called BEFORE DRIVING; begging for water to survive and being refused. I had NO CHOICE.

MI State Trooper Lentini of the Romeo post REFUSED to allow me to take my wallet and money to jail. When I went before the judge the next day, I didn’t have the $100 to bail out, so they kept me indefinitely. I went on a hunger strike and they put me in a hospital ward with cameras. On 5-23-19, 3-4 guards came in and beat me up for no reason. I was sent to the hospital by ambulance. The jail released me in lieu of bond, and two Macomb police drove me home.

THEY SCREWED UP AND THEY KNOW IT! I’m afraid to be handed over to the same guys that beat me up.

AND ALMONT POLICE WANTED TO HAND ME OVER TO THEM.

I REFUSED TO GET IN THEIR VEHICLE. THEY TRIED TO FORCE ME AND I RAN OFF. WATCH THE VIDEO!
