THE 4th SUNDAY OF EASTER | The 23rd Psalm is used for our Call to Worship summoning us to follow the Lord who is our Shepherd. The gospel of John 10:1-10 describes Jesus as the gate keeping the sheep safe. The imagery helps us to lean into God who invites us to listen for ancient wisdom we can use today to keep us from distraction and on the path of faithfulness. The reading from Acts 2:42-47 tells of the great faithfulness of the early “sheep” of Jesus’ fold. We rejoice in Christ who is our leader.
