Delhi News: No End to Delhi power tussle as Arvind Kejriwal government seeks against Delhi LG Vinai Kumar Saxena. On Thursday, a five-judge Constitution Bench headed by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud held that the Delhi government must have control over bureaucrats in the administration of services except in areas outside its legislative powers. The SC said that the ‘Lt Governor is bound by aid and advice of the NCT government except the matters relating to land, public order and police’. “…we managed to stay afloat.
