Ramesh Raghavan is Assistant Professor at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the School of Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis. His lecture addressed medicaid policy and mental health services for children in child welfare. Dr. Raghavan has studied the effects of Medicaid and Medicaid managed care on mental health service use, the longitudinal stability of health insurance coverage, and access to mental health care consistent with national standards among children in the child welfare system.
